Our preferred material for making these tubes is Polyamide-12 or PA-12 which shows excellent flexibility, fatigue resistance and high-pressure resistance. It is an HIPHL grade material which translates to high viscosity impact modified plasticized heat and light stabilized material.
For the economic range of tubes, we use impact improved, non-brittle Nylon PA-6.

Polyamide (Nylon) tubes are coated/ covered with TPV Santoprene with strong adhesion between the two layers. These multilayer tubes are bend moulded in numerous forms to serve the fitment for flow of air or fuels.
