What is PU?
TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) or PU is a versatile polymer, made by combining two polymers namely, Polymeric Isocyanate and Polyol. Blending these in unique compositions provides two sub-categories Polyester Polyol based Polyurethane and Polyether Polyol based Polyurethane suitable for production of high quality, flexible tubes and reinforced hose pipes.

PU Tubes for Industrial and pneumatic applications are made from Polyester based Polyurethane which imparts a High tensile strength to the tube. It is suitable for environments requiring high abrasion resistance such as oil, grease and fuels flow. Industrial PU Tubes are exceptionally capable of bearing compressed air flow.
Available in crystal transparent, colored transparent and opaque finishes with a smooth shiny surface, these tubes are made out of Shore A 90 to 95 hardness.

PU Tubes in this category are made from Polyether Polyol based Polyurethane and carry the properties such as good moisture resistance and low temperature flexibility. Even though it has a comparatively low strength it is suitable for critical applications such as medical devices and food industry which are prone to watery environments.
Made out of Shore A 55 to 85 hardness, these tubes are available in transparent, colored transparent and opaque color finish.
From a minimum diameter of 1mm to a maximum of 12mm, these tubes exhibit utmost dimensional accuracy with a tolerance as low as 0.07 mm.

Low pressure PU Hoses are good for Air and Industrial fluids that require a high working pressure up to 30 Bar even at a low wall thickness. Reinforced with overlap braiding of synthetic polyester yarn they are a good fit for long lasting flow of compressed air and fluids in industrial environments.
Two perfect bound layers of Polyurethane with yarn reinforcement is available in various sizes and colors.

High Pressure PU Hoses have a complex cross braided or multilayer braiding of polyester yarns. For extreme pressures we also use aramid fiber yarns.
The layers of the hose have high level of adhesion between them for long working life.
They can withstand BP of 800 Bar and are good for gel like fluid flow like grease paints etc.
