Ferrous Metal Cutting or Welding done by the use of a Fuel gas (acetylene, LPG etc) and Oxygen gas requires a reliable hose pipe for its flow. Wayhose offers the same by using a thermoplastic blend of Rubbers and PVC to make that welding cutting hose. No doubt wayhose welding cutting gas hose is spatter resistant, expands less besides being light weight for easy use. The Hose is IS 447 ISI marked. Red Color Hose for Fuel gas and Blue hose for Oxygen gas.

Anti Spark or Anti Spatter Tubes with inner layer of Polyurethene and outer layer of TPR or TPV are made by Wayhose. These tubes are used for Robotic Welding & Cutting operations which require a very light weight tube for gas flow, which should have good rebounding properties and fatigue resistance for repeated movement in same direction. At the same time the tube should have resistance to any fire spark due to spatters falling on the gas tube line. The rebounding properties are achieved by PU and the anti spark properties are given by TPV or TPR outer layer. The outer layer is easy to peal off for efficient end fitting on the PU tubes. Colors of the outer coating are long lasting and distinctive.

These tubes need to be high temp resistant and highly flexible for the flow of any gaseous fluid or to act as a cover for any other cable operation. Numerous Tubes, Hoses and Cables are needed to be placed laterally in a flexible conduit which should be light weight. These are called welding sleeves. Wayhose Sleeves used in welding torch application are made from TPR and TPV raw materilas. So these sleves are very light weight, highly flexible and durable at high & low temp. They never get torn and thus need very low replacement frequency. The surface can be plain or ribbed black matte. These sleeves are also made as per specifications in demand.
